It was never recovered. And the way they tune their intentionally junky guitars, that's almost like stealing someone's journal: It only has real value to its owner. I remember reading a few years back that all their gear was stolen somewhere around Houston, which especially sucked because the guitars were all tuned differently for each song & they couldn't remember exactly how. It's funny how even with this latest post, you still manage to return to that same Phantom of the American Mother quote. You must really love that catherine wheel.
